Wickr is an app available for the iPhone that keeps special information, whether it be text, picture, audio or video messages secure and encrypted. With Wickr, users can control who reads the messages sent, where, and how long for. Wickr has a self-destruct setting so users can completely eliminate any sensitive information. This information is then secured using military-grade encryption. Now users can send some of the most secret information to the ones they trust without worrying.

Instead of storing all of your information, Wickr deletes all the metadata from your pictures, video, and audio files. Wickr’s mission statement is “to provide a free and easy way for anyone to communicate securely and Leave No Trace.”
